Platform for collaboration and innovation

With over 100 partner organizations from small family networks to large service organizations, over 30 legal and financial professionals with disability expertise, support from provincial organizations such as Community Living Ontario and Autism Ontario, connections to Developmental Services Ontario and innovative groups like the Ontario Independent Facilitation Network, the Innovative Housing Task Force, the Centre for Excellence in Employment and the PLAN Institute, the P4P Planning Network has become a provincial platform for collaboration. With our many partners, we aspire to lead innovative strategies that will create long term sustainable solutions for, and with, all people in Ontario living with disabilities.

P4P has developed a unique online distribution model for the Planning Network. Many organizations across Ontario share our belief that families and friends have an important role to play in ensuring that people with disabilities live a life full of opportunities. The Planning Network provides many relevant and free resources toward fulfilling this aim, along with a host of other planning strategies for every life stage and age. We currently partner with over 100 organizations across Ontario.

Many families have expressed difficulty in accessing professionals with expertise on disability-related issues. P4P has created the Ontario Professional Services Directory to link families to accountants, lawyers and financial advisors across Ontario who understand the unique needs of individuals with disabilities and their families.
