P4P Strategic Framework

With input from our families, staff, board and other key stakeholders, we have identified three important strategic priority areas currently facing our organization:

• building RELATIONSHIPS that matter

• enhancing our LEADERSHIP role in independent planning

• securing our organization’s FUTURE

These priorities informed the creation of our first high-level, three-year strategic framework; a living document intended to guide decision-making and move us towards our vision of an Ontario where all individuals with a disability enjoy a life rich in caring relationships, safety, security, participation and choice.
